<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a card having excellent fixability of print design, character or the like without impairing a sense of beauty of mirror surface gloss by constituting an overcoating layer of a metal thin film layer by nitrocellulose. SOLUTION: A material 1 for machinery is coated with resin composition of urethane acrylate to form an undercoating layer 2. Thereafter, a metal thin film layer 3 of aluminum is formed on the layer 2 by a vacuum vapor deposition method or the like. Then, after the layer 3 is coated with resin composition containing nitrocellulose by a gravure coater or the like to become a predetermined thickness, it is dried in a drying furnace or the like to form an overcoating layer 4. And, after the layer 4 is dried, the layer 4 is formed with a design print layer 5 by offset printing by using ultraviolet curable ink. Then, a protective layer 6 is formed by offset printing by using ultraviolet curable ink, and the layer 5 is covered with the layer 6 to be protected.</p> |
