PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an environment by preventing contamination of wall material in which a natural stone used for a water passage and the like is disposed. SOLUTION: A natural stone with a photocatalyst 4 is stuck on the upper face 2a of a concrete-made wall material 2, and only a concrete layer 6 exists in the side of the lower face 2b. A photocatalyst layer is formed on the whole face on the surface 4a of the natural stone 4 with the photocatalyst. In the case where the concrete-made wall material 2 is disposed in the part in which a water surface contacts out of the slope face of a river, even after 6 weeks the external appearance of the natural stone of the concrete-made wall material 2 is maintained and a natural landscape is held as the whole. In the case where the photocatalyst is not carried on the natural stone, a part submerged in water is covered with algae, is very dirty and an uncomfortable landscape is shown.
