PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device which can fasten a connecting rod mounting member to a crank shaft using one unit of device even if the type of crank shaft is varied and which can work in good compliance with a manufacturing line of multi-sort mixed placing type. SOLUTION: A fastening device 10 for a connecting rod mounting member has a rotating mechanism 20 which makes rotational locating of a crank shaft round its axis, and an angle displacing mechanism 30 displaces nut runners 152a-152d round the crank axis, and axis displacing mechanisms 133a and 133b displace the nut runners 152a-152d in the crank shaft axial direction while inter-shaft displacing mechanisms 150a and 150b narrow or widen the spacing of the nut runners in pair 152a and 152b and also the spacing of the ones 152c and 152d. The nut runners 152a-152d are energized and a connecting rod is fastened to the crank shaft.
