<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce permeability of moisture, etc. of a content for a biodegradable resin container for which a biodegradable resin is used. SOLUTION: This biodegradable resin container 1 is constituted by providing a resin film 3, which is a volatilization preventive layer for a content to be filled, on the surface of the container main body 2 comprising a biodegradable resin. Then, for the biodegradable resin constituting the container main body 2, a synthetic polyester resin, etc. are used, and for the resin film 3, a PET resin film on the surface of which a metal or a metallic oxide is deposited, or a drawn resin film which is manufactured by drawing PET or PP, is used.
