PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption amount of materials, and use optimum materials by a method wherein a plurality of regions are connected by slit-form connecting parts having a width which is smaller than the dimension of a grain- form material. SOLUTION: A dividing plate 36 is arranged in a manner to be orthogonal with a partitioning plate 27, and is attached in a manner to divide a cavity 23 to the right and the left. Also, this cushion for cushioning is formed together, and after the forming, a slit-form groove which divides the cushion for cushioning to the right and the left, is formed. By a material filling hole 41 which is formed on a lower die 22 of the forming dies, a grain-form material of a low magnification is filled in a front part based on the partitioning plate 27. To the front and the rear of the partitioning plate 27 of the cavity 23, foaming materials of foaming magnifications which are different from each other, are filled. Since a slit 30 on both sides of the partitioning plate 27, and a comb tooth-form slit 32 on the lower side of the partitioning plate 27 are all smaller than the dimension of the grain of an expandable styrene resin material, the resin raw materials which are filled on both sides of the partitioning plate 27 are not mixed with each other. |
