This invention relates to a process for preparing highly concentrated oxygen from air by repeated diffusion. This diffusion is preferably carried out at substantial pressure with take-off of several oxygen rich permeate streams in sequence. A three-stage diffusion suffices to obtain highly concentrated oxygen in high yield. The specific devices permit the take-off of several permeate streams. |
