A multi-functional storage organizer work centre with special accessories for a kitchen. The system has a rigid hollow body section with a mounting mechanism and releasable latch to allow the unit to be mounted on sliding tracks within the kitchen cabinetry or may be free standing. The work centre is adapted for use with kitchen accessories and provides ergonometric consolidation of popular hi-usage items such as slide out integral variable viewing angle cookbook holder, sandwich and freezer bag dispenser, knife holders/sharpener, towel rack with anti-spill, cutting/dicing board, auto-gripping, hands-free slide out and rotate bagel/bread holder/cutter, fold out banana rack, volumetric and weight measures and a note pad. The work centre is usable in a variety of food preparation areas, especially mobile homes and modern kitchens where optimum cost reduction, efficiency and a clutter-free environment is desired.
