FIELD: electrical engineering, maintenance of electric networks and devices. SUBSTANCE: gear has insulation body housing first and second circuits, indicator which one input is linked to first contact and which other input is connected through resistor to sensor contact. Indicator is manufactured in the form of comparator, first control unit and indication unit connected in series. Inputs of comparator are inputs of indicator. Indicator is supplemented with second control unit, first and second commutation units, first, second and third output terminals, supply unit and high-frequency filter. High- frequency filter is placed between second input of indicator and resistor. First input terminal is connected to commutation input of first commutation unit, one input of supply unit and second contact. Second output terminal is connected to output of first commutation unit which control input is linked to output of first commutation unit whose control input is connected to output of first control unit. Third output terminal is connected to output of second commutation unit which commutation input is linked to other input of supply unit and first contact and which control input is linked to output of second control unit whose output is connected to output of first control unit. Output of supply unit is connected to supply buses of comparison, control and indication units. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities by way of uninterrupted determination of existence of phase voltage in network, disconnection o load from electric network in case of break of any current carrying bus of network or in case of cutting off and subsequent cutting in of voltage in network. 1 dwg
