FIELD: fire fighting. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying fire suppressing liquid into at least one spraying nozzle, preferably into set of spraying nozzles, by means of drive unit. Drive unit has at least one hydraulic accumulator charged with propellant having initial high pressure, and low-pressure water pump. Part of propellant remained in hydraulic accumulators upon release of liquid is used for driving low-pressure pump. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method. 9 cl, 2 dwg
