The rotary rat trap mechanism includes an oscillating section (4) at the blade level, coupled to the warp frame (6), and associated with an actuator (2) mounted freely on the main shaft (1) of the mechanism. A moving coupling (8) is carried by a cam plate (3) fixed to the side of the actuator, the moving coupling being spring loaded (10) into contact with a disk (7) fixed to the main shaft. Two pivoted levers (11) are acted upon by a smoothing device (16) and a spring (13), biasing the tips (17) of the levers towards one of two engaging surfaces (18, 19) of the cam plate. |
