The hydraulic system with a differential cylinder, and a rapid movement valve, has a non-return valve (87) in the connection between the two pressure zones (37,63) of the differential cylinder (18) which is formed by the rapid movement valve (20). It blocks the path between the pressure zone (37) away from the piston rod side and the pressure zone (63) at the piston rod side. The non-return valve is integrated into the rapid movement valve.
