The invention concerns a control unit (RE) having at least one control element (FA1....FA8), with in particular at least one integrating (FA6, FA8) and/or differentiating (FA7) transfer characteristic. Said control element (FA1...FA8) is designed in the form of a control element with dynamic fuzzy logic, temporally discrete (FAx). This type of dynamic fuzzy logic control element (FAx) consists for example of a fuzzy logic automaton with processing states (Zm'...Zn). Advantageously, the control unit can be made up of control elements having each systematically dynamic fuzzy logic properties wherein targeted non-linearity can be input to obtain the desired control characteristics.
