In the disc reproduction apparatus of the type that a disc (10) squeezed between a disc guide (5) and a disc roller (4) is loaded while the roller (4) is rotated, a disc contact surface of the disc guide (5) is slanted so that the disc is spaced from a turntable (2) along a disc transport direction when the disc is loaded.
