The arrangement comprises a tubular measuring chamber (2) with a light source (8) and a sensor arrangement (9) arranged at its open ends, and a blind (15) at each end having a passage cross-section which is smaller than that of the measuring chamber. The measuring chamber is arranged at a frame (14) between the lighting arrangement and sensor arrangement on one side, and the corresponding measuring chamber end on the other side. The measuring chamber is stored in the area of its ends freely arranged in a mechanically and thermal rigid frame (14).
