Each swivel arm consists of a radially outward pointing transverse arm (1) swivel mounted on a horizontal axle(2) and rigidly joined to a downward protruding arm (1). The swivel arms are together swivelled outwards by a control mechanism (6,6.1,11) gripping the ends of the transverse arms pointing towards the center.
