The sensor includes at least one oblong contact (36), which passes through breakthrough of seal element and contacts a sensor element (20) arranged in a casing (8). A glass welding (44,62) is applied within the breakthrough, enclosing a longitudinal section (46) of the contact lying within the breakthrough, for sealing and isolating it. The sensor includes a seal arrangement (12) and a sheath (3) suitable for a connection to a casing (8). A seal element (22) is arranged at one end of the sheath averted from the casing, comprising at least one breakthrough (34, 58) extending in longitudinal direction. The seal element and the sheath consist of metal.
