PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for certificating which is commonly disclosured in a network in the shape of electronic data. SOLUTION: Information concerning application registry such as an applicant, ID and password, etc., is recorded in an applicant managing file 11 when ID and the password are given to applicant who registers an application. The applicant performs access to a WWW contents open certificating system 10, displays an application screen through the use of ID and the password given from the system 10 and writes required matters on the application screen. A contents collecting robot 12 collects the WWW contents of the applicant at a prescribed time by receiving the writing of the required matters. Information concerning the collected WWW contents is recorded in a contents open certification recoridng file 13 and open certification is executed based on the recording. |
