<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the compact and inexpensive device by providing a driving means which mechanically drives a movable electrode that is connected to and separated from a fixed electrode and a grounding device, providing an insulating means which blocks the flowing of the current from the movable electrode to the driving means, and thereby suppressing generated heat at the time of current conduction by a movable blade. SOLUTION: A movable electrode 7 is provided between a grounding device 6 and a fixed electrode 5. The movable electrode 7 is supported with a movable insulating tube 45 through a movable relay metal fitting 44. One end of the movable supporting part 45 is supported with a movable supporting metal fitting 46. The movable supporting metal fitting 46 is supported with a movable blade 30. The movable blade 30 penetrates a movable supporting prate 47 and extends to the outside. The movable supporting plate 47 is fixed to a vacuum container 4. The movable blade 30 is surrounded with a movable bellows 48, which can be freely extended and contracted. One end of the movable bellows 48 is attached to the movable supporting metal fitting 46 and the other end is attached to the movable supporting prate 47, respectively. The movable blade 30 is rotated with a main shaft 49 as the center and connected to and separated from the grounding device 6 and the fixed electrode 5.</p> |
