PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of jamming of garbage trucks. SOLUTION: When a waste collection car passes through the front gate of a waste combustion facility, this truck is principly guided and instructed to a waste throwing gate in the direction of a vehicle approach side from a vehicle leave side. Number of waste collection trucks waiting in front of the front gate of the waste combustion facility is compared with the weighted number of vehicles for jamming judgement in a number weighting table 12 by addition/subtraction counting means, and when the number of waiting trucks exceeds the weighted number of vehicles for jamming judgement, jamming is judged by returning to the first waste throwing gate on the vehicle leave side. This vehicle management controller is provided with a vehicle guide instruction changing means 15 for guiding and instructing the waste collection truck through them processes as mentioned above. |
