PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a control error which tends to be larger as a parameter of a control object varies within a certain degree of permissible range. SOLUTION: This circuit is constituted so that a control gain automatically controls a difference between an output command signal Y<ref> for a control communication function 2 set in advance to be relatively low and an output signal Y of a control object 3. In this case, an average mean value of a control differentialΔY, which is a difference between the output command signal Y<ref> and the output signal Y, and a specified value (1pu) are added to make a regulation gain G and the regulation gain G is multiplied to an output signal UB of the control communication function 2 to make a control signal U of the control object 3.
