PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of suppressing the vibration generated at the time of rotating an unbalanced weight composite rotor and also thinning an automatic alignment mechanism. SOLUTION: The automatic alignment mechanism provided in this device has a rotor body 10, which rotates via a support shaft (spindle shaft) by a rotating means (spindle motor) and has shifting space 9, whose cross section in the orthogonal direction to axial direction, is annular and a plurality of balancing balls 11, 11.-... which are arranged shiftably within the shifting space of this case body 10. Here, they are aligned by relatively shifting these balancing balls 1 to the other section of the composite rotor (above the supporting shaft, automatic aligning mechanism), accompanying the rotation of a rotating means, thereby shifting the composite center of gravity of this composite rotor onto the rotary shaft, and also the number|n|of the pieces of the balance balls 11 is made such that n=180/θ+0.5 (the figures below the decimal point are to be rounded off, andθis an angle that the balancing balls subtend), and the angleθis to be such thatθ=2Sin<-1> r/(-r)} (in formula, R)(:radius of shifting space, and r:radius of a balancing ball).
