PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high sealing performance and good follow-up property by providing a rubber gasket in a part corresponding to a three surface matching part, concerning a gasket for sealing the three surface matching part for a cylinder head of an engine, a cylinder block and a case cover. SOLUTION: In a metal gasket 1 to be used for a three surface matching surface in which three assembling members are get butted against to one another, a rubber gasket 3 is formed on both side surfaces by forming through holes in a part corresponding to a three surface matching part, a flat part member side 4 is formed on a small protrusion 3a, and a two surface matching part side 5 is formed on a large protrusion 3b. Therefore, uniform and balanced compressive force is provided to a part near the three surface matching surface, and high sealing force is exhibited.
