<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can keep constant the time required until the power supply node reaches a high voltage from the start of drive of a voltage boosting circuit. SOLUTION: An oscillator 3 and a counter 4 detect the time, based on an output signal of a comparator 1, required until an output voltage VBL of a voltage boosting circuit 117 reaches the reference voltage VR0 from the start of write operation. A clock switching circuit 10 gives a clock signal of the frequency depending on such detecting time to the voltage boosting circuit 117. The write time can be kept constant without relation to the number of memory cells MC to which data '0' is written.</p> |
