PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head device capable of simplifying adjusting work for arranging a grating structure in the optical path in the optimal state. SOLUTION: A mounting position in the direction of optical axis L of the device, a mounting position on the XY plane orthogonal to the optical axis L of the device and the attitude of a hologram element holder 13 to the optical axis L of the device are set to be optimum only by previously performing the positional adjustment of hologram elements 11, 12 on the hologram element holder 13 and, thereafter, mounting the hologram element holder 13 on a holder holding part 20 (holder fitting hole 21). When the hologram element holder 13 is rotated around its axial line and the direction of a grating pattern is adjusted, since the circumferential face 134 of the hologram element holder 13 is slid along the guide surface 211 of the holder holding part 20, the preset state is not deviated. |
