PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve meter inspection efficiency, and to collect further much meter inspection information in a short time by simultaneously calling each PHS terminal equipment by a base station, and transmitting information to the base station by each PHS terminal equipment in a timing in which each PHS terminal equipment is not mutually overlapped. SOLUTION: Simultaneous calling from a base station for business to PHS 7-1-7-3 is operated (a step 205). Each PHS is intermittently driven, and the PHS 7-1 and the PHS 7-3 are risen in response to calling in a step 205-1, and the PHS 7-2 is risen in response to calling in a step 205-2. Then, each PHS 7-1-7-3 calculates a time for operating calling to the base station for business, and operates calling at that time (a step 211). Thus, each PHS 7-1-7-3 receives simultaneous calling, and then operates calling to the base station for business in each different timing so that the calling timing can be prevented from being overlapped, meter-inspection efficiency can be improved, and further much meter-reading information can be collected in a short time. |
