SOLUTION: If a switch SW at the receiving end side is closed in a state where A-phase signal, B-phase signal and Z-phase signal have been sent out, a transistor Tr1 of a reset circuit 30 turns on, and a capacitor C1 of a timer circuit 20 is short-circuited and reset. By this operation, a low level switch control signal inputs to a select terminal of a data selector 10, and u-phase signal, v-phase signal and w-phase signal will be outputted At this time, a transistor Tr2 of an observation circuit 40 performs an ON operation by the input of the Z-phase signal, for example, if the potential of the reset input terminal T is observed, then the Z-phase signal can be observed.
