PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly display the desired document data by producing and registering an HTML document including the data designating the reference of the converted image data at a point near the position where the reference is designated to a format document that is designated for its registration. SOLUTION: A document production means 2 produces the document data and describes a produced application to an extender of file name of the document data. An image data conversion means 3 converts the produced document data into the image data. The register means 4 and 12 produce and register the HTML documents which display the document or image data when the document data name and the icon of the converted image data are clicked based on the file name of the document data and the image data. At the same time, the icon of the application that is started when the document name is selected is also displayed in response to the document data. Therefore, the image data of the document data can be instantaneously displayed when an icon is selected. |
