PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase heating for the central part of a pan by forming a flux convergence core plate at the lower part in the center of an induction heating coil, and forming a columnar core at the central part of it. SOLUTION: A flux convergence core plate 3 is formed to compensate for the magnetomotive force of a central part cancelled by eddy current at a pan bottom, so as to decrease magnetic resistance at a portion whose flux is to be increased. A columnar core 5 is also provided for the same purpose to it. In this case, by dividing it into seven pieces and adjusting their cross sections, it is possible to adjust the heating effect of a central part. To increase the magnetic field of the central part, by combining all or part of a flux convergence core plate 1, the columnar core 5 and a flux convergence copper plate 4, or an increase in the number of turns of an induction heating coil 2 around the central part, it is possible to increase heating of the central part. It is also possible to use either for domestic or business purpose. |
