FLOATING MATERIAL DISPERSION MONITORING SYSTEM AND MONITORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trouble generated by dispersion of a floating material from being produced in advance by a method wherein there is provided an alarm and transmitting means for sensing the floating material, recording and displaying a result of detection and ringing an alarm or transmitting an alarm when the result exceeds a predetermined threshold level. SOLUTION: This is a floating material dispersion monitoring system which is installed below a floor of a computer room or the like. A net-like antenna 1 is a sensor for monitoring dispersion of floating material and this is mounted at a location where a large amount of air below the floor is found. A regulator 2 has a gap electrical discharging section 22 and a transformer 23 or the like so as to cause an induced voltage from the net-like antenna 1 to be coincided with a measured voltage amount data. A tuning and conversion section 3 has a sensor 31 and an A/D converter 32, wherein noise is removed from the measured voltage amount data and a charged particle amount is measured. A recording and displaying device 4 may record and display the measured data and output the measured data to an external location. An alarm transmission device 5 drives a speaker 51 and rings an alarm A threshold value setting device 6 has a means for inputting an alarm to enable a threshold value to be decided.
