PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to use the controller with the long life even with a compact controller without generating arcs at a relay contact, by detecting the operating times of two relays, which switch the conducting direction to a motor, adjusting the relay switching timing at the reverse braking time based on the detection, and synchronizing the conductions of both relays. SOLUTION: A control base board 13 controls the rotating speed of a motor M through a motor control circuit 14 based on the control signal from a key switch 10, an accelerator lever 11 and a forward/backward changing switch 12. Furthermore, the control base board 13 inputs the temperature values of the motor control circuit 14 and the control base board 13, and inputs the detected values of the elapsed times from a timer 18. When the accelerator lever 11 becomes OFF, the normal speed reduction is performed first of all. When the motor is not stopped by this process, two relays for switching the conducting direction to the motor M are switched by adjusting the timing based on the operating time difference of both relays detected beforehand. The current conduction is synchronized, and the braking is moved to the reverse mode. |
