PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterless lithographic printing plate having excellent printing durability which can be used as a photosensitive lithographic printing plate and as a direct drawing type lithographic printing plate. SOLUTION: This printing master plate is produced by depositing at least a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer in this order on a supporting body. The photosensitive layer contains one or more kinds of quinone diazide compds. and one or more kinds of photo-thermal converting substances. The printing plate is produced by irradiating a negative waterless lithographic printing master plate in which at least a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer are formed in this order on a supporting body and the photosensitive layer contains one or more kinds of quinone diazide compds. with active rays of 500 to 1300 nm wavelength.
