PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film of excellent workability and uniformity by dissolving a polyether polymer having molecular weight in a specific range and a cross-linking reactive group, and an electrolyte salt compound in an organic solvent having a boiling point in a specific rang, applying the same to mold releasing property base material, and thereafter, removing the solvent. SOLUTION: A polymer weight average molecular weight of 100,000 to 4,000,000 shown by the formula is used. In the formula, (m) is 50 to 90 mol.%, preferably 60 to 90 mol.%, (n) is 5 to 5 mol.%, preferably 5 to 40 mol.%, (p) is 0 to 10 mol.%, preferably 0 to 5 mol.%, R<1> is a 1-12C alkyl group, preferably the a 1-6C alkyl group; R<2> is a substituted containing a cross-linking reactive group, preferably an alkyl group bonded to a reactive silicon group or an epoxy group; k=1 to 4. This is dissolved in an organic solvent having a boiling point of 60 to 300 deg.C. Preferably, the organic solvent contains 30 to 70 wt.% of an aromatic compound. As an electrolyte salt compound, metal cations, ammonium ions, and chlorine ions, nitric acid ions are used. |
