PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of line operation. SOLUTION: This device has equipment A1 to An having an information providing means, a centralized control means 5 for receiving information from these equipment A1 to An, an operator terminal 9 that moves accompanying an operator 8 and receives a processing instruction from the centralized control means 5. The operator terminal 9 has a vibration function to inform of an incoming-call. When an abnormality occurs to any of these equipments, information is collected by the centralized control means 5 and a processing instruction is transmitted to the operator terminal 9. Then, the operator terminal 9 vibrates and communicates an occurrence of the abnormality to the operator. Thus, it enables the operator to surely identify the occurrence of the abnormality without imposing upon the operator 8 an attendance obligation of whether or not an abnormality occurs. Also the centralized control means 5 can decide the order of priority of a processing for abnormality of each equipment. Therefore, the operator can perform a sure and efficient processing only by performing a job in accordance with the processing instruction the operator terminal 9.
