<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost laser oscillator control device having high-speed response for safe operation with respect to abnormality of a laser oscillator. SOLUTION: This laser oscillator control device is provided with an analog detecting part 5, which detects the abnormal condition of a laser oscillator, and a laser oscillator control part 7. In this case, an A/D converter 17, which converts the input signal sent from a sensor 9 into a digital signal, and the first CPU 19 for discriminating abnormal conditions, which discriminates the presence or not of an abnormal condition by analyzing the output of the A/D converter 17, are provided on the analog detecting part 5. A second CPU 27, which performs the sequence control of the laser oscillator by receiving data for the first CPU 19, and a logical product circuit 31, which receives an output command signal 29 and an alarm signal 23 from the second CPU 27 and outputs a safe operation command signal, are provided on the laser oscillation control part 7.</p> |
