INFORMATION PROCESSOR INTEGRATED WITH PICTURE INPUT/ OUTPUT FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor that appropriately controls input from an operation input means during a picture read operation, and that integrally includes a picture display function, a trnasmission-type contact operation input function and a picture read function. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with an arbiter means 8 for arbitrating an operation input control means for controlling the trnasmission-type contact operation input means 2 and a picture input control means 5 for controlling the picture input means 3. The arbiter means 8 prevents the occurrence of malfunction owing to an input operation during the picture read operation by controlling a system so that input from the transmission-type contact operation input means 2 is not accepted or not executed while the picture input means 4 is operated.
