The fixed floor device is formed as panels, which normally rest, with the whole of their lower surface, on the oscillating moving base of the floor of the bulk trailer. The panels can be lifted, at will, and by means of hinges at each side of the moving base, to a position against the side panels of the platform of the trailer.
