PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose a trap and a valve by one device. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic vibration and casing surface temperatures of a trap and a valve as diagnosis objects are measured by a probe 10, and vibration data and temperature data obtained by the measuring are treated by a CPU 23 in a device main body 20. In the CPU 23, each datum from the probe 10 is processed in compliance with a program for diagnosis the trap 24a in a memory unit 24 when a diagnosis object is the trap, and thereby, correct trap diagnosis is realized. On the other hand, when the diagnosis object is the valve, the CPU 23 processes each datum from the probe 10 in compliance with a program for diagnosing the valve 24b to realized diagnosis of the valve. Each program 24a and 24b is switched in compliance with a control program 24c by the CPU 23. |
