PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a structure for attaching/detaching a wiring harness to/from panel holes formed in a panel such as a chassis, etc. SOLUTION: The umbrella-shaped retainers 16 of a plurality of clamps 12, which are fixed to predetermined positions of a wiring harness 11, are respectively retained with a plurality of panel holes 15 formed on a panel 14 for attaching the wiring harness 11 to the panel 14. The required clamps 12 are so fixed to the wiring harness 11 as to have their umbrella-shaped retainers 16 displaced relative to the panel holes 15. With this constitution, the respective umbrella- shaped retainers 16 are retained eccentrically with the panel holes 15. |
