摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rod displacement speed with a moving speed in one direction ('go' during vibration) and other moving speed to another direction ('return' during vibration) which are relatively different, without adopting a voltage control circuit having a complicated configuration. SOLUTION: A plurality of electromechanical conversion elements 41, 42, 43, which are respectively connected to individual drive pulse generating means 51, 52, 53 and expanded and shrunk, are coupled in series in an expanding and shrinking direction as an electromechanical conversion element assembly 45 and used as an electromechanical conversion means, utilized for vibrating a rod 5. A varying voltage expressed by a pulse waveform symmetrical from right to left is respectively applied to each of electromechanical conversion element 41, 42, 43, and a moving speed in one direction of the rod 5 during vibration is made different from that of the moving speed in other direction, by making different at least one of the amplitude and period each other of the pulse waveform of each fluctuating voltage.
