PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic conference system which enables efficient operation management. SOLUTION: This electronic conference system is provided with a means (conference schedule information registering part 7a) for registering the participants, which are designated by the host of a conference, permitted in access to the conference and the period of holding the conference as a control list and an agent 7d for monitoring the contents of the control list based on the current time managed by a timer part 7c and performing the start/end detection of conference holding, the permission of access right to the participants and deletion control, the participants of the electronic conference and the period of holding the conference are clearly limited, and the management operation like a conference to be really held in a conference room is enabled. |
