PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the process load by connecting a customer terminal to a banking terminal on-line, sending image data on one application form having entries and a seal impression to the banking terminal, and transcribing the image data to documents. SOLUTION: The customer terminal 1 that a customer operates and the banking terminal that an operator on the banking institution side operates are connected together on-line through an LAN, etc. Then a document having cutomer's entries and a seal impression are fetched by the document read part 5 that the customer terminal 1 is equipped with and read by an image scanner to obtain image data. The image data are sent to the banking terminal, which transcribes the data to documents, generating various documents needed to open an account. Consequently, the customer 1 only enters necessary items into only one application form and seals it, so that the process load can be lightened. |
