PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile terminal equipment to extract efficiently data stored in a server provided on a mobile communication network side. SOLUTION: A mail content information generating means 23a in a communication server 2 generates mail content information relating to mail data stored in a memory part 22. Then a PHS exchange 1 sends the mail content information generated in the communication server 2 toward the mobile information communication terminal equipment by using an idle time of an outgoing logic control channel (LCCH). In the mobile information communication terminal equipment the mail content information extract means extracts the mail content information relating to mail data addressed to itself from the outgoing LCCH and it is displayed on a display device under the control of the mail content information display means to inform it to the user.
