The invention concerns a device for the culture in non-sterile static conditions and at temperatures ranging between 15 DEG C and 35 DEG C of lactic bacteria to be administered to animals, in particular to promote implantation of intestinal flora and prevent and/or treating an imbalance of the intestinal flora comprising, in a closed chamber provided with a filling aperture, a dehydrated nutrient medium for the selective culture of lactic bacteria, said nutrient medium having been previously seeded with dehydrated lactic bacteria.
