PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image at high speed by increasing the scanning speed of a laser being an exposure means without increasing the price and without enlarging the device. SOLUTION: In an image forming device in which the toner image carried on a photoreceptor belt 1 that has been wound around in a loop shape in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of a printing paper sheet 5 is transferred on the printing paper sheet 5 in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the printing paper sheet 5 by a transfer opposite roller 4, and by which the toner image transferred on the printing paper sheet 5 is fixed; the device is made a pattern in such a way that three electrostatic latent image regions are divided by an exposure device 10 in the conveying direction of the printing paper sheet 5 so as to be arranged and formed thereon, so that the toner images of respective colors can be formed by developing these electrostatic latent image regions by means of toners of three primary colors.
