PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail processing method by which various types of operations can be performed at the time of arriving electronic mails and electronic mails can be received actively. SOLUTION: In this electronic mail processing method, a transmitting message is prepared (S200) and, when operations are to be instructed to a recipient for receiving an electronic mail (S202), a prescribed program required for the operations is further prepared and the transmitting message is transmitted after the prescribed program is added to the message (S208). The recipient checks the received message for the work program after receiving the message and, when the work program is contained in the message (S210), executes the work program (S212). Therefore, the data as well as the program for instructing operations can be transmitted simultaneously in the electronic mail. |
