摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable high speed operations even when the circuit characteristics such as dependence on temperature and voltage of each IC chip are different by providing a sensing means for generating the information indicating change of temperature and power supply voltage and a clock phase adjusting means for adjusting phase of clock to transfer the data output from a slave chip based on the generated information. SOLUTION: A master chip 1 senses changes of power supply voltage and temperature with a sensing circuit 11, generates variation information indicating the sensing result and then outputs such variation information via a command generating circuit 12 and a command output circuit 13. Slave chips 2a, 2b extract variation information with an extracting circuit 21 via the command input circuit 23 to generate the data clock CLK2 by adjusting phase of the command clock CLK1 based on the variation information with a clock phase adjusting circuit 22. Thereby, even when operation environment is changed, stable high speed operations of the slave chips 2a, 2b can be realized.</p>
