<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily handle a Hume pipe, and to prevent the impairing of the watertightness by limiting the deformation of a flexible part. SOLUTION: A flexible part 3 comprising a pair of rigid ring bodies 4 having an I-shaped section, and mounted in opposition to each other at a desired interval, an elastic ring body 5 mounted between the rigid ring bodies 4 and integrated through a connecting means 6, a water expansible rubber 7 mounted between the rigid ring bodies 4 and the elastic ring body 5, and the anchors 8 for concrete, projecting to the sides opposite to the elastic ring body 5, of the rigid ring bodies 4, is mounted, a fiber reinforced resin rigid layer 20 is formed on an outer peripheral face of the rigid ring bodies 4 over the both rigid ring bodies 4, and a thermal shrinkable resin layer 21 is formed on an outer peripheral face of a concrete part including the outer peripheral face of the fiber reinforced resin rigid layer 20.</p> |
