PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the utilization efficiency of an image formation device provided with a function for performing test copy and to efficiency output hard copy by optional image data in the image. SOLUTION: When image data are inputted from a personal computer(PC) 7 which is an external input device to a main body of this image formation device 1 through I/O 15, a CPU 10 stores them in an operation memory 14. The CPU 10 receives the instruction of a test copy and outputs one sheet of hard copy regardless of the member of sheets set for the image data in the operation memory 14 by controlling an image forming system 11 or the like. At the time, a user utilizing the PC 7 confirms the finished state of the test copy, and when the output of the hard copy for the remaining sheets is not instructed, after a prescribed time, the image data in the operation memory 14 are saved and stored in a memory 16 for temporary saving, and the device 1 will be in a standby state capable of outputting a hard copy by an image data inputted next. Thus, the image formation device 1 is prevented from being occupied for the test copy and the utilization efficiency of the image formation device is improved. |
