PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability, inspection accuracy and inspection efficiency of a device by providing an optical fiber cable arranged at the axial center and a flood part composed of plural white light emitting diodes (LED) arranged at equal intervals circumferentially to the axial center. SOLUTION: The front end part of an optical fiber cable 3f flatly polished on the internal axial center of a cylindrical head housing 12 is faced to an image input part 2. The optical fiber cable 3f transmits the image of forward object to be inspected formed on this front end face through an objective lens 13 and a transparent protection cover 14 to the image output part of a rear cable end face. Around the outer periphery of an optical system assembly member 15, plural white LED 6a-6c are arranged at equal intervals as the flood part. Since the part in front of the image input part can be uniformly illuminated, inspection accuracy and inspection efficiency can be improved. Since the heating value of white LED is low, the reliability of the device can be improved. In place of the optical fiber cable, a CCD television camera can be used as well. |
