摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bound stopper which is inexpensive and improved in steering feeling and durability. SOLUTION: A bound stopper 10 is provided with an upper urethane 54 and a lower urethane 56, both of which are made of urethane foam and the inside of which is penetrated by a piston rod 28, in addition to a compression coil spring 58, which is wound around the piston rod 28 ranging from the upper urethane 54 to the lower urethane 56. In this case, the lower end of the bound stopper 10 touches the top end of a cylindrical body 26 of a shock absorber 24. When wheels of a car go up relative to a car body, since the bound stopper deforms itself from the first stage of the ascent of the wheels, the load can be absorbed smoothly, thereby improving the steering feelings. Therefore, it is unnecessary to change the shape of the cylindrical body 26, a fact which invites no increase in cost. In addition, since the rigidity of the compression coil spring 58 is greater than those of the upper urethane 54 and the lower urethane 56, the bound stopper 10 hardly undergoes buckling.
